🏠 To Grandmother’s House We Go
Review math skills with this festive trip to grandmothers! Wrap presents and practice area and perimeter, shop for the perfect gift while adding and subtracting, or visit the Christmas Tree farm and practice factors and multiples.
❄️The Winter Wonderland
A MEGA review of math skills, differentiated and ready to go for grades 3-5 with no Christmas or holiday themes. As students embark on a winter vacation of a lifetime, they must track their expenses and other math-related tasks throughout their trip. They’ll calculate how much elevation they gain while skiing, plot a sledding path through multiple obstacles, and find the area and perimeter of their lodging (after they select which option is best for them). They’ll also figure out a schedule for tubing, make a map of the winter festival, and so much more. This math project will carry you through the winter holidays and the new year!
🌎 Holidays Around the World Trip Budgeting
Practice complex addition and subtraction skills with this real-life budgeting trip! Students will travel worldwide and gather souvenirs, try local holiday foods, and visit special landmarks, all while keeping track of their strict budget!
